My mileage is about 4K…and that was the first time I experienced the hard shift /clunk with such intensity. It sounded like a car hit me or like someone took a shovel and hit the bed of the truck …I’ve experienced sport shifting programs that are real neck jerkers —-this was different. It was an abrupt impact not really a driveline shudder …
Time will tell —but if it keeps making these noises —I can’t imagine the transmission or whatever part of the drivetrain is experiencing these events …eventually something will break …btw my gen 3 has only done it once.
