2021 Ford Raptor 37 order...So do I have one???

Good Morning All,

So I have a confirmed order with Ford Performance showing build date of 8/20 with all the options I ordered including 37 package...the blue interior looks great in person...I wasn’t hoping to get blue...but in looks great in person.

I have been around long enough to know that dealers play games , especially with in demand vehicles....My question is ...If I have confirmed VIN /Build Date with Ford Performance...Do I actually have an allocation ???

Did you place a deposit with the dealer? If not, they could mark it up and sell it to someone else.

Use the Ford Order Tracking and it will show in the packages drop down.

First time post: Took advantage of the crazy good USED market and sold my 2018 Leadfoot Raptor to my purchasing dealer -- Orderd a 2021 Raptor 37 on July 28 -- the order was "APPROVED" I was given a tracking number and authorization number an the Order Verification Status shows APPROVED -- Now it's just wait for a VIN and a schedule date -- Ford Performance Chat sees my order but says no VIN yet -- so it's just a wait scenario --- what is the general lag time between order, approval and the actual receipt of a VIN ??? Until a VIN I've really got nothing right ?? Thank you for any feedback............... Ordered a SILVER 37 -- didn't want another Leadfoot nearly exact truck -- but I did love the color. thought I'd change it up a bit.
