It is a market thing. I do not expect someone to bite and frankly, I don’t care. Just like people that buy Harleys, people buy Raptors because it is a culture. One thing I believe to be true is Brandon‘s policies will continue to make things worse, which will drive up prices. I do not understand the bad move comment. If it is aimed at litigation, I seriously doubt that will occur and as an attorney, dependent upon your expertise, you may know a contract written on toilet paper is enforceable, via tort litigation. My last concern is the dealer backing out of the purchase. In my world, it would be a boom if the dealer did, but it won’t happen. The bottom line is, I will buy the truck and nothing in the universe can stop me from selling it for profit the next day. If I don’t like the truck, I can sell it for profit the second I leave the lot. As I write this, I have already received two DM’s.From one attorney to another, bad move.
And the buyer would be a second owner, which decreases the resale value even more. You won't get even $5K over...it's a year old truck at this point. You can order a '22 for same price (MSRP). You are using Brandon math vs reality.
Good luck.
