I've waited 10 years for this truck and I've finally got it! Its name is Sully (from monsters Inc.) the big blue beast. Now how do I get rid of this damn governer that shuts me down at 102mph?

Bigger tires to trick the computer. With 37s mine now runs 108.

Your tires are not safe above 102ish mph. the limiter is there so you don't kill yourself or others.

I believe the top speed limiter can be removed with a tune, but as others have mentioned, not a good idea for tire reasons.
