2019 Snow tires

I think that Nokkian is the only true snow tire in the size we need. I use the Blizzak on my Golf and our Outback and last time I looked they did not make our size or a close enough one to work.

The LT2 would be my choice for winter only tire

Would you go with the LT2 Studded tire ?

If icey roads are your main concern then studded would be best. I’ve had a few sets of studded tires now and I cannot see any disadvantages. Just make sure you get them off early in the spring so you don’t burn them up once the weather warms. I run mine from No ember to March here in Alberta.

I THINK THE KO2 ARE 100 % BETTER IN SNOW AND ICE THAN KO.MY BROTHER USES DURATRACS ON HIS F350 WEAR LIKE SHIT TRACTION ISNT AS GOOD AS MY KO2

I test drove blizzak tires on a taurass with awd; roads were snow packed and ice. I could not get the car to slide / spin / or drift like Ken Block...where I could with a good all season tire.

My vote would be for a true winter tire.
