My 2019 order was due today. Didn’t show up at the dealer. Ford performance chat says it has been on a truck at the rail depot 2 hours away since 3/12. Dealer says there is no tracking number and no way to call the trucking company. Any ideas on how to get more info on where it is?

Where are you located? I figured out which railroad mine was on and which railyard it was offloaded at. From their I googled transporters and called each one given last 8 of VIN. Eventually I found the right one and they gave me more Intel as to when the "load will be built" and delivery to my dealership

Dude my cousin lives 15 min away from this guy. How long does the process usually take? No one here in my town does this process as far as I know. Wouldn’t mind chilling in San Marcos a couple of days to get this done.

Call Tim, say you heard about him from guy with 2019 PB Raptor he is presently working on. I dropped the truck Monday @ 2pm. He is doing paint correction, ppf and ceramic. Depending on how much ppf you want, plan 3-5 days.

Truck showed up this afternoon! This morning the tracking system showed no ETA but got preliminary pictures from the dealer in the afternoon. Getting Valugard undercoating done before picking it up on Saturday.
