Because it could mean the dealer damaged something or the truck was damaged in some way and needed to be drained and refilled. Just an observation by OP I'm sure.

There wern't any 19's then. Job #1 was 10-22-18.

Mine was built 1/10/19 and it has yellow coolant.

I think the biggest takeaway from this is that the supplement that came with my truck specs motorcraft Orange coolant. If an owner had to add coolant and went by the manual, you could really screw things up.
