Jumping in on this older thread. I experienced the "Blue Fog" on my 2019 Raptor yesterday for the first time. My mileage is currently 39,500.
I had towed a relatively light load on a small trailer for about 20 miles. Parked and shut the truck off, unhooked the trailer, pulled forward and shut the truck off. Approximately 30 minutes later I started the truck and pulled out of my driveway with no indication of smoke but I wasn't really looking for any. As soon as I turned out of my driveway and accelerated slowly there was cloud of blue smoke noticeable in my mirror on the drivers side however it was pretty windy yesterday and it could have been coming from either side of the exhaust or both. The blue smoke cloud stopped within about 100 to 200 yards but when it happened it was definitely a smoke screen.
Generally I am parked on level ground or maybe a bit nose high. Yesterday before this happened I was parked nose low but not on a severe hill.
This has not happened before and even though I have parked the truck for both short and overnight duration including parking nose down in the same spot it has not happened again.
My first thought was a turbo issue but until it happens regularly I guess I will just have to keep an eye on it. I have not notice any excessive oil consumption.
Any additional information is welcomed.
