2019+ live valve front torque

I am going to be getting eibachs put on my Raptor tomorrow and was curious to know lower and upper bolt torque specs. I've seen guys say lower is 250ft.lbs as well as others saying over 400 ft.lbs.
Anyone know what it actually is?

The torque value is 406 Ft/Lbs

I would use Blue Loctite or Red which will require some heat to break loose in the future. According to what I have read on several manufacturers websites for removing and replacing the lower shock bolt, you should use a new nylock nut at a minimum and really should replace the bolt and nylock nut due to the fact that they are listed as single use bolts and nuts. You can see the Blue Loctite from the factory in the pictures. i have included a link from Forged-offroad .com showing their recommended procedure

I'm sure everyone has their own take on if this should be done or not, maybe reusing the one time use bed hold down bolts would be ok but a shock bolt that can still come loose and elongate the hole and cause a clunking sound might be worth replacing.
