Saw this within SPDPerformance IG account and 5star tuning web page of a 2019 Expedition making 560WHP and 620 WTRQ or so!

How that can be and we barely see 460whp and somewhere around 500+ WTRQ on our raptors?!

SPD has stated that it has their turbo adapters, Downpipe, E50 Fuel, HPFP (High pressure fuel pump) and 5star tune

Here is the dyno sheet taken from 5 star tuning website

Which would mean they’re making 700ish bhp and nearly 800 ft/lb at the crank. It may be possible but I’m guessing it’ll only be fun for a couple thousand miles until it grenades. I’ve read that our motors are only RELIABLE on stock internals up to about 600ish bhp. I’m not an expert, it’s just what I’ve heard. Anyone that has better knowledge can feel free to chime in.

Don’t know whether it’s the same HO 3.5 EB in the Raptor or not, but the internals (essentially the whole motor aside from turbos) in the gen 2 raptor same As the Ford GT I’d say it’ll handle all that 650bhp plus another 100-150 for wiggle room on Fords part.

I don't believe that tire size would make that much of a difference ( not 100+ HP and Torque)

According to Full Race, stock internals will handle 500 rwhp not more. Turbos at 20 psi are almost at their maximum efficiency.

It’s the turbos/cooling holding it back not the engine/internals

But uses 1.5 to 2 times the fuel. That's why they upgraded the fuel pump.
And I still think the injectors got increased.
