Thank you sir. On test drive, the truck exhibited rough idle, and questionable transmission shifts. Dealer wouldn't accommodate my request to do a TCM reset and subsequent test drive so I walked away. Didn't think a TCM reset was out of line since they are asking $73,000 in a market that is softening majorly. They also refused to entertain throwing in a warranty (now expired), despite their pricing. So just not a lot of value for me in the vehicle at 2019 MSRP in 2022 and 25,000 miles later.That is not the history; those are simply open recalls. Since 21N03 is open, that means 21B10 was performed within the required timeframe to receive the extended coverage (21N03). 21N08 will also remain open; it’s only for trucks that has a shudder issue after 21B10, which is rare.
