SCAB is great as long as you don't have kids. Minor inconvenience if you do. A base raptor is the way to go. Think of all the bad ass mods you can do with that option money. Most of that ford crap is just going to break down the road anyway. The only option that you can't do aftermarket is the sunroof.

Don't have kids but the back still seems roomy for kids.

So I currently have a 2013 Screw that is fully loaded with every option that was available in 2013. Some features are nice but most I don't even use like the ventilated seats, moonroof even rear powered window. I have found a 2018 Scab with only standard features and nothing else for $50k and its white which I want.

The few features I want I can retrofit like the 8inch screen and use apple play, paint match the door handles and mirror caps and upgrade the audio system.

My question for the standard owners is do you wish you got upgrades like the 801a package or leather seats, powered seats etc. The 50k is so enticing.

I have a 2017 800A and have absolutely no regrets about not getting one of the upgraded packages. I went with the 800A because I did not want leather seats. I am really particular and hate seeing wrinkles and cracks in leather seats as long as the stock cloth looks nice.

Agreed and in AZ I wished I didn't even have them in my other cars I have, the cloth seats look fine from the pictures. Going to see it later today.

I haven't driven a base raptor as mine is 802a, tech, moonroof, etc. All I can tell you is that this car wears its luxury VERY well. It's the quietest, nicest riding, most comfortable car I have ever owned and I couldn't imagine getting a stripped out car as my daily. I actually use all the luxury features except navigation all the time.

You will be pleased. I went with leather in a Nissan Armada because I hated the way the cloth seats looked. The cloth in the Raptor is definitely an upgrade from what you see in a regular F-150, it is very durable, and it has a high quality look.
