The dealers keep saying "at auction they are going for more" so we are $5k over.

I leveraged my previous business there for MSRP.

Is it wrong to expect something even handwritten stating you're buying for MSRP when doing phone order and deposit?
They sound legit an all but saying since it has no stock number they can't do a sales order sheet.
He said "we're kinda country around here so we usually go by our word"

That seems shady. Seriously every dealer charging over MSRP should be shot.
