Do you have the sunroof?
If so, seals on the sunroof are known as a wet seal. Water leaks in through the sunroof while its closed (this is normal) and goes into drain channels. The drains then go to the A/C pillars and then drain out of the truck. The drains in the A/C pillars are rubber hoses that sometimes get clogged or disconnected which causes water to leak into the truck.
This happened on my 2016 Lariat. We noticed the floorboard was wet. Glove box had water in it and then the side vent (open the door and pull the panel off) there was some minor rust showing.
Have the dealer check the drain channels if they are clogged or connected.
I agree. The amount of water that would pour in on my Lariat when it was raining I would say was about 1 cup per min.I refuse to accept that the moon roof leak is "normal" The channels and drains are there as a back up and to get rid of the water if you leave the roof open. It's not normal to have water inside your vehicle.
