2018 Order Progress

Mine is sitting at Ford's distribution center 2 hours away... Original estimate was delivery by 10/22 revised estimate was 10/17. Current estimate as of 10/18... "we don't know, any day now"

I've got a $1200 fog light kit and a $20 stubby antenna waiting to be installed.

Guess my trucks out of production and passed QA/Inspection. Dealer confirmed its waiting on a train. Once its on the move, I'll get a more accurate ETA

MSRP deal found locally in San Diego. First truck I've ever owned and first full size truck I've ever even driven. Takes some getting used to from the sports sedans and cross overs I've been driving but so far I'm loving it!

Looking good congrats! Same dealership I got mine from. Did you deal with Brian? Great guy and I got my 18 at MSRP too with no hassle.

My sales guy was Alem, great guy as well. Super patient with me during the process. I probably texted him on average of at least once a week since putting in my order back in June. My only gripe with the dealership was my truck had an extra 20 miles put on after it was delivered due to "dealer prep" I made my displeasure pretty clear though there wasn't much I could really do about it at that point.

Interesting.... I purchased mine from them last month. I did not special order this truck as I did have one on order from Bakersfield Jim Burke but they were really lagging and they wanted a $2500ADM. I had a friend whom bought a Ford RS from Penske at Invoice and I just kept texting my sales guy Brian every week until one popped up that a buyer couldn't close on and he text me right away I went down and snatched it up at sticker which was fine considering everything else in So Cal was over sticker. He says they sell all raptors at sticker so far but all raptors that have been sold are custom orders.

Mine had 6 miles on it but having 20 miles on it wouldnt have made much difference IMO I am sure they did a few test drives with it somewhere down the road.

Yeah I got over it pretty quick. I just had to vent for 5 seconds then I dropped it in Drive and rolled away for the test drive. I knew I was getting this for MSRP which is difficult to do around here so there wasn't a whole lot that was going to make me walk away or be an excessively difficult customer.

I'm defiantly loving the truck. It's not going to be my daily to and from work vehicle but I couldn't help but to drive it to work today.
