Looks nice. I really prefer this grey to either avalanche or magnetic. There seems to be a good contrast with the trim unlike magnetic and no offense to the avalanche owners but I always thought that was too much of a battleship grey for my taste.

Got my 2018 Today after months of waiting. Loving the color the more I stare at it.

Was really thinking I was going to immediately get new Method wheels but these have grown on me today.

Pretty pumped at the Carbon fiber interior.

Only qualm is that the rear tires seems to have gone out of round or got a flat spot during shipping/sitting, or there is something else funny going on in the rear end. I asked the dealer to re-balance the tires and they said balance was good but confirmed wheels needed to be worn in a bit. Let's see if things settle down.

Anyone else experience this?

I have a rear-end wobble, but it is highway dependent. The expansion joints on the concrete are at an interval that gets the rear-end going. It only happens on one stretch of road, unfortunately that stretch is one I drive on daily. If it turns out your issue is similar, putting a load in the bed helps.

I must saying, looking at the stock photos and dealer pics, it didn't see what all the buzz was about as it looked like a typical magnetic gray. But with the lighting, you really got it to pop and you even have me considering one.
PS. It looks like you have a hostage in the bed.

Sounds like a defect tire to me. If it is out of round it will still balance. Radials don't flat spot like old bias tires...
jack up rear end and put something close but not touching to the tire to act as an indicator. Then turn the tire by hand. If the distance gets significantly more or less away from the indicator, your tire is out of round

My thoughts as well. My order is for a lead food and some of the initial photos I saw really had me second guessing the color choice. I even called my sales guy once to change the color. He didn't answer that call and I didn't leave a message. Then I saw a few more photos/videos and thought, it looks fairly nice. And now I've seen a few more and actually really like the color.

Ultimately, I'd still prefer AG over LF, but given my color options for 2018, I'm happy with LF.

Check your pressure on all the tires

Seconded. Not saying it's the same issue, but my dealer had my tires at 56 psi when I rolled off the lot, and the rear end was jumpy as hell. Dropped em to the proper 38 psi and the ride is 100% improved.

I'll second this as well. I have a 2017 metallic and I really couldn't see a difference in the photos of the 2018 lead foot, but it looks awesome in your pics!

Thanks! Yeah once you see it in person it makes a huge diff.
I ordered early July, and added th carbon fiber a few weeks later.
My truck was delayed 3 weeks from scheduled delivery as it was stuck on a losing dock in MI.

I've heard from another friend that ordered his around the same time that Ford ran out of the bead lock wheels so that's put a hold on production of those trucks. So if you don't have a VIN assigned yet that could be the issue. I'd push your dealer for more info as I got weekly updates from my dealer.
Hope that helps, but boy is it a long wait.

Looks good congrats! I just got my Lead Foot scab on Tuesday and I'm in love with the color! I also planned on getting new wheels right away but the stock wheels look really good with LF. I think it's the Magnetic paint on the wheel that's playing well with LF.
