Isn't that what most level kits are?They must have put those damn 2” spacers on top of the shocks. No bueno on your Raptor.
Have them removed ASAP.

What seems to be the problem with the polyurethane disc spacers?For regular pick up with standard suspension.
That’s why most reputable raptor performance shops like RPG, SVC, Camburg, Icon etc use collars or different rate springs like Geiser and Eibach.

I looked at it and saw the spacers. I really didnt know what to look for until i did some research. I have never leveled a truck before. The service dept. advised they put a leveling kit on the last 2 raptors they sold and would make it right. Not really sure what they plan to do. I agree they should have told me that it had been done before i bought it but if they make it right im good with it. The service manager was really cool about it and seems to know what he is talking about.Why would a dealer put spacers on a new truck from the factory?? Something does not sound right.... Even if they did they would have had to disclose that on the Window Sticker with an additional comment and price listed....
Something seems off about this.....
