I bought my 2018 Raptor in December, and it’s actually my first pickup truck. However, I’ve been off-roading my Land Rover LR3 regularly for the past couple years all over Arizona.
I’ve done three upgrades since I bought the Raptor:
-Eibach 2 1/2” PRO-LIFT-KIT front springs. After a ton of research on this forum, and discussions with local off-road shops, I decided to got the Eibach route. I don’t have any regrets so far. They leveled my truck almost perfectly. But, more importantly to me, they improved my approach angle, so I don’t hit my front skid plate while off-roading nearly as much.
-Ford Performance / Rigid fog light kit. I installed them earlier this week and just used them for the first time tonight out in the desert. I was very pleased with additional light they provided.
-$40 knock-off “Raptor” bedside decal. I bought it on Ebay, and not only was it way cheaper than the official decal, but I like that it’s all black (without the white outline) so it’s a little more subtle.
