I have a 2017 Supercrew with the 10-speed transmission. Sometimes, putting it into drive is met with quite the lurch and downshifting from 5th to 3rd is extremely clunky. I’m at about ~78,000 miles and on my 3rd(!!!!) transmission; twice rebuilt, last one replaced. The transmission clunkiness is giving me PTSD and I’m just waiting for the next time I am stranded in the middle of nowhere again thanks to Ford’s lack of quality. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Extended warranty is coming to an end. I’ve read some threads about Goose Tune TCM or something, and was wondering if y’all have any experience with this? Any help much appreciated!
