I've owned my raptor for almost a half year now, and for the first several months, ran clean without any issues, but out of the blue I'm having a weird vibration and noise issue. So the sound comes from the front left side and happens while I'm going slower, especially while braking but doesn't stop even after I've released the pedal. The vibration can be felt through the pedals and by my feet, like its passing through the firewall. I thought it was the tire, u-joint, even the brake pads but I've had all of that checked out. Nothing is wrong. Has anyone else had this issue? Also I want to point out that I had the tires balanced and rotated, the problem went away for all of a day. So the issue stayed after a different tire and rim were put on. I wonder if the brakes are somehow catching the rotor maybe? It's completely stumping me and several other mechanics. I just know it's not healthy whatever is happening.

Thanks in advance

If it’s a rattle, check the end links. Grab a hold of them and see if you can feel play. IWE also.

I have had the wheel weights be too tall and slightly scrape the bottom of the calipers on a different truck. If that is it it would still rub if the weights are in the same spot. Check them to see if the are showing a shiny wear mark. Good luck.

There is a check valve in the IWE system that doesn't hold and itll let the front hubs slightly engage in 2wd. Causes a slight grinding/ vibration in the front end. Had mine done a few weeks ago, had both hubs, lines, and check valve replaced. Here's the tsb TSB-18-2273.

Good chance this is the problem. If you shift to AWD and the noise/vibration stops, then you can be more sure the IWE's are the issue. Then it's probably that damn little check valve.
