2017 Raptor Exhaust Muffler Noise

I am posting a video of this sound would love anyone’s help

I put the little springs on the waste gate linkage
Don’t think it’s IWE as it does it not in gear and in 4wd
Don’t think it’s trans as it does it not in gear
Don’t think it’s cam phasers done those twice
Doesn’t sound like water pump but maybe?
I’m thinking it’s exhaust related maybe a leak or gasket
It eventually stops when warm and is sporadic (doesn’t happen all the time)

I have narrowed the sound down to this part of exhaust it is definitely coming from this like there is something loose in in it

My 2018 OEM muffler had a baffle break loose in it.
Was told by dealer that it's not uncommon, and wasn't covered by warranty.
Replaced with a borla s-type and resonator 60k ago and have been very happy with it.

Yeah I am almost certain that is what happened - is that borla deal just the mid piece or the whole system?

The Borla systems comes with an X pipe and the muffler. So everything between downpipes and tail pipes after muffler.

I added the borla resonator as I didn’t like the X pipe sound. It sounds really good now. I have seen factory resonator used with borla muffler as well, search this site.

I spent a lot of time and money on different exhaust until I settled on the Borla-S that fit my build with SPD carted down pipes and a few other things to get the sound I wanted but if you just replace the muffler with a Borla or what ever you decide I believe your rattle will disappear.
