Had the iwe line replaced about two month ago because it did a grinding sound at low speeds when not in 4x4

Now it does a similar sound but going over 60mph on the freeway … can hear it even more when next to a semi truck as it echos louder maybe bad iwe vacuum like again ? But too recent ? Tried to upload video of noise but too large file

if you didn’t get it fast enough, it’s possible that some damage was caused to the (plastic) hard parts.

Any update on what was causing this noise? My 2018 is making a rattling / scratching type of noise when accelerating slowly to moderately when at a low RPM (1500-2500) when in 2nd. I haven’t noticed it in 4wd.

Alright…I suffered with this noise for 18 months. Started getting worse and worse. Started on one side of the truck then on both. Finally figured out the problem…the rock sliders were loose. That was seriously it. Tightened them down and the sound was gone. I hope that’s the same issue for all of you. Frustrating but such an easy fix.
