Accessport is up to date. Waiting to hear from Cobb. Sounds like it might be an issue with the tune my Tuner created because the codes stay off with a Stage 2 OTS tune.

Codes in question were P0630 and U0422

did your tuner compile your tune with the tire size set to something other than 34.4?

If so, that tune is gonna need to be re-compiled with the tire size set to stock.

push the tuner your stock file with the OEM map and have them set all or their parameters.

Install the new tune, THEN change the tire size manually. Don't compile the tire size change into the map that you flash.

when you load the tune? or when it is flashed back to stock?

can you not clear it at all?
I cleared the code. Put the tire size back to factory and uninstalled the tune and code remains. I reloaded the tune with updates and left the tire size at stock and code goes away, so I tired uninstall it again to see if the code went away and it remains
