Love the aluminum and the tech upgrades (cameras, etc). Cant wait to see if they bring the raptor back with all the new goodies.

I like it. They have added adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning system, the air bags in the second row seat belts, and many, many more safety improvements. You can go search "behind the blue oval" and see just about everything they improved. I do believe I will be getting one. Raptors are nice, don't get me wrong, but I just lost my interest in them after having 2 of them.

Hope they do not force all the new things on the raptor if they release a new version in a year or two. Really wish they would leave off things like airbags in the seats as is. The camera system is cool looks like what was in the BMW.

Maybe they will put a decent stereo in it this time and not the ****** sony system. I still like the looks of the raptor over the new design so I really do hope any new raptor follows the current ones design queues. Its sad no DFI 6.2l, have not looked at the next superduty but I hope they still offer the 6.2l as then maybe there is a chance of the next raptor getting an upgraded 6.2l or maybe by then they will have a DFI 5.0l ecoboost engine

Home run- looks awesome and will be a great platform to build off. Remember guys the current platform started with a 5.4. Who knows what they have up their sleeves.

All that and still no heated steering wheel?

Headlights remind me of new GMC
Tailgate looks like a Nissan
Weird angle on back door window

Aluminum, not sure why they are calling it military grade tho, kinda insults my intelligence.
More fuel efficient.
Looks better than current F150 but not by much.

It's gonna be great! And it'll be a fantastic foundation for the next gen Raptor due in calendar year 2015 as a 2016 MY.

And to all you haters, make sure you come back to this thread (and the others) to edit your criticisms as you get in line with all the others who will be chomping at the bit to buy Raptor Gen II.

And #2: I wish I could have $1.00 for every new Raptor buyer who will wish he waited for Gen II or who sold/traded in Gen I for the new Gen II.

i can tell you right now, i do not want a gen 2 raptor. no chance in HELL, ill get rid of my Molten Orange Crew Cab.

that said, this new f150 looks like ass..... the front resembles a ram too much... and that Platinum tailgate.... ugly and gaudy as ****....

2011 Molten Orange SCrew, still the best Raptor version ever!!!

Hey, don't get me wrong. If and when the new raptor comes out it has a decent power plant (ecoboost 5.0?), and looks better than the standard F150 shown here I will be all over it. :wizlick:
The interior plus some of the tech features look great on this truck. I need a new daily driver now not in 2015. So I couldn't wait even if I knew what/when it was comming out. I can only hope the resale values stay high on these for a while if I decide to get a Gen 2.

I REALLY don't like the front end. It looks like a current GM.
