If you are trying to compare at least compare same model years. I’m my area of FL, Raptors are everywhere and we have one of the largest Toyota dealers in the country so as you can imagine there are also a ton of Tundras. Every one of them that is customized is made to try to look like a Raptor, from front ends to fender flairs, lift kits and everything in between, to include the price. To each their own but if you want a Raptor then buy a Raptor, If you want a Tundra then buy one but don’t try and make a Tundra something it will never ever be!

I own a Tundra TRD Pro and I am getting rid of it to get a Raptor. They upside to the Tundra is resale and reliability. Even with 100k miles, Tundras are still worth a big chunk of change.
So if you are the type of person that keeps your trucks into 6 digit mileage the Toyota is a better choice. Comfort, fun, and offroad capabilty all go to the Raptor.. its better in everyway.

The tundra has the best rear sliding glass, would kill for that vs the crappy porthole we have.
The exhaust note on the tundra is also awesome, however I don’t mind the note on the raptor either.

I like what Toyota has to offer in every part of their trucks EXCEPT what I would consider the creature comforts.
NOT AVAILABLE:
Remote start (seriously this is a deal breaker)
Cooled seats (also high on the list when 110)
360 cameras (not a must but nice)
Multiple USB ports (2 kids, I need devices)
No 110 outlet

I work/live in my truck for 2 weeks at a time and want to be comfortable while driving and when parked. I'm sure all of these things could be added, but I'm also sure one missed step in wiring could fry the electrical system and void the associated portion of the warranty. So, the Toyota gets a hard pass.

The 1794 had heated, cooled seats, but not heated steering wheel. Engine drivetrain are dated amongst other things.
