Just a thought, but perhaps applying a different tactic will get them working on the build numbers again. For example:

"I was wondering if you were going to be offering the FORD SPECIAL VEHICLE TEAM Certificate for the new 2017 Raptor I plan to buy. Or have they been discontinued?"

It may get the marketing team working on them.

BTW, I am not going to buy the 2017 as I am happy with my 2014.
