Indeed I realized that was the general rule of thumb, just figured providing the vin might help with the favor request.

Ordered one today:
SCREW Ruby Red SE w/ 801A, moon roof, bed extender, front/rear cam

Dealer had ordered their allocation when they got it for dealer stock. They said they are going to call Ford rep to change one of the orders to my specs today before its gets a VIN and build date. Does this sound right? I didn't get a copy of the VOC other than the build sheet they gave me with the notes on it from us going back and forth on price. I assume this VOC is not the accurate one since they are making changes to an order already placed. I wanted to make sure I get a priority 10 and not 20+ as it probably is now being a dealer order that's modified. Any suggestions on next step? Thanks.
