I think I have finally calmed down and came to my senses on the factory bead lockable wheels. I think I am just going to buy a set of Method NV's those things look sick.

I do like the Method NV wheels and had considered doing the same thing. In the end I decided to go with the OEM beadlocks because I wanted OEM quality. I also knew I wanted to run 37" BFG All-Terrains and the OEM wheels would require less trimming than the Methods because of the offset/backspace.

Just a few things to consider if you haven't thought of them. From what I hear, Method has great customer service and are good quality wheels, but the OEM beadlock wheels are forged versus the Method cast construction. Also, the Method wheels are going to make your Raptor's track width about 2.5" wider. Are you considering the true beadlock NV or the simulated ring? It's somewhat of a PITA to switch, but the OEM wheels do give you the option to run the wheels in both configurations.

This option will definitely save you some cash. You can buy the Method wheels for about the same cost as the OEM beadlock upgrade and you'll still have the standard OEM wheels to keep as spares or sell.

Ordered my Raptor Saturday (02-22-14). They will place the order Monday. They are telling me 6 to 8 weeks. This particular dealer moves quite a bit of the Raptors so they usually get the orders first. Other dealers in town were telling me 8 to 12 weeks. Will keep you updated.

Thanks again for the info. Will find out more monday about what my dealer is going to do to try to make things right. I still want the oem bead lockable wheels. But if it comes down to there being an issue I will just go with the method's.

Primary factors for determining allocation allowance are how many Raptors the dealer sells and how long they sit on their lot before selling. If they move a lot and fast, you have a better chance, so good luck.

I am jealous when I see all your build dates. Blood I would appreciate any confirmation on what I'm being told. Maybe my dealer finally got an allocation.

Blood,
Ordered 11/14/13
Pulled 02/13/14
Scheduled to be built 03/11/14 (As per SVT)
However, and this is where it gets weird, my dealer called today and said they got a call from Ford saying that my truck has been built. SVT disagrees. Looking for any further information you might have. Thanks Brother!
