Maybe I'm getting closer been a long time since August of 13!

Thanks Blood, my dealer had copied me the wrong VIN on the original. I'm going to imagine that is the build date, not the fastest vehicle I've ever ordered that's for sure.

Really seems like luck of the draw when ordering from a non-allocated dealer. I ordered in mid October and have a 2/24 build date.

My dealer had just ordered one for stock so he just had to change the options I wanted on it. He told me 4-6 weeks since he already had it ordered. Well that was 12/3/13 and my truck was built 2/6/14 and will be out for delivery on 2/14-2/20 they said. I couldnt imagine it taking any longer than that. If it would of taken as long as some of you guys, I would have bought one off a lot somewhere. Really if I had it to do over, I would of done that from day one instead of waiting. This waiting game sucks.

I called SVT monday and they said that the truck was on a railway and should arrive the 14th-20th. How many days should I wait to check again cause I was really hoping it came in this weekend cause I got a trip to take and would love to drive it?

The thing is some people on this thread with REALLY long waiting periods placed their orders before the 2014 order banks were even open. You throw in a dealer not having an allocation or the fact that you might not have had the first order and the time can add up quick. I'm not saying it's fair....that is just they way it is. I think a customer order should be pulled once placed. If I want to order a Raptor it shouldn't effect the dealers allocation.

The dealer just called and said I have a build week of 3/17. I assume production doesn't stop for Saint Patricks day?

Blood I think from what I've read my truck should be assigned a VIN if it has a build date? If so could you please look it up for me. Thanks, Blood

Everyone will be hungover after Saint Patty's day so they'll include lots of extra bolts for you to finish assembling your truck when you get it!
