2014 exhaust tick

Can someone help me figure out what’s causing this tick noise? I owned the truck for a year without hearing it. I just had both exhaust manifold gaskets replaced due to an exhaust leak but the noise is still there. Ford tech diagnosed it with an exhaust leak so I figured that would take care of the noise.

Man, it sure sounds like the injectors, but that is one noisy tick!
