Not to highjack your thread but I have a similar problem, a miss but it’s under load. Once it down shifts it is fine. I wonder if it’s a plug, considering the truck has upper and lower plugs. Is it possible one is having issues and the other is fine on that same cylinder?
Replaced the plugs, coils and wires about 9k ago.
