2013 Unscheduled Clean Club

Funny Z, the guy at SVT must think we are related. I had the same reaction. I guess the "clean" in "unscheduled clean", means that all the options and equipment that we chose for our trucks is there. There is no hold up waiting for anything, such as rims, or interior pieces. I really thought today was going to be the good news day though. Good God, another week. Even so, if we get a build date next week, it will probably be built somewhere in the area of 8/12-8/20. No matter which way we cut it, we are looking somewhere around Labor Day. Plain and simply, this blows.

You can't give up now. Give it more time. I hate waiting myself, but there has to be some answers somewhere, soon.

Well, sorry to hear fellas. That puts me at least 2 weeks behind you even further.

Monstar brought up some great points. Crap, if I don't get my truck until mid/late September, might as well wait another month or two and get a 2014....

I'm guessing you guys will get your delivery around Labor Day. I'm not going to pester Louisburg Ford until I hit the 12 week mark, then I'll start firing a few shots across the bow at Louisburg, not that it will make a difference, but it will spur me to rethink my choice for a 2013/14.

I should have ordered 1 May, for a late August delivery I'm thinking.

I have been burning up the e-mail and phone lines to Ford Corp.

I am to receive a phone call from a corporate representative Monday. I don't expect anything honestly, but I can at least vent about this entire situation.

Ordered April 17. Clean and unscheduled.

Well another day and another fail on the part of Ford.

No phone call that I was promised I would receive.

Tomorrow I call back and try to complain to the next level up the food chain.

A person is only as good as their word. I believe Ford needs someone who understand this.
