My 12 gauges, or the 12 gauges I allegedly own, are all pumps, so ***** is tough despite be being pretty quick on the pump and aim, but trap is a go anytime, allegedly.

If you'd hit it on the first shot, you wouldn't have a problem!

I'm in for all mentioned activities. Sitdown and I scouted Gullivers and I fell in love with a lovely lady their but she doesn't know it yet. I don't have a FOID card but I am down for shooting.

If we shoot in WI, you don't need a FOID. Only the communist republic of Illinois requires that for firearm "possession".

I haven't missed a chicago meet yet. I'll just have to punch the address into my gps & see how far of a drive it is. Is it passed the usual vernon hills?

It's about 45 minutes from you. East on 90, then south on 53 to 290 to 83.

It's probably quicker and easier to take 355 south to butter field and her west. Otherwise you have to run 90-294-88 east and then you can hop off right away at the mall. Plops you in the southeast corner of the mall

Todd thought (and I agree) that it would be fair to mix up the locations a bit.

We did the first 2 meets in Vernon Hills, which is a haul for the south folks, so it's only fair to have this one in their neighborhood.

Do a mapquest, it looks like an easy drive.

Looks like Tom and Jeff already scouted a great lunch spot too.

Now we just got to get you out to one of these Raptor Runs Nick!!

P.S. I'm also up for a shooting meet for the next outing. Nice to see so many Firearm owners.

Okay, I now this is off topic, but I'm the OP, so I'm okay with it.


Today on 94 northbound just south of 176 in Lake County I saw a Black Raptor with an aftermarket bumper running a large LED light bar that was actually on. Was that anyone here? Only Sitdown and Huck (and me) have black trucks.


Then on Grand Avenue west bound at 45 in Gurnee I saw another black Raptor towing a snowmobile trailer.

Today has definitely been a black Raptor kind of day.

well todd maybe tomorrow will be a blue raptor day since thats the best color and all the chicago guys now that. Its why we all have blue. Let go out in the snow tonight and have some fun.
