Back in 17 I went with the 650 hp Roush kit. Felt like as soon as I got it, the Gen 3 whipple kit was released. Bad timing on my part lol.

If I were to do it again, maybe in a few years, I'll go with the 700hp JDM whipple kit. Then add a smaller upper pulley and supporting mods when I want more power down the line.

1)Is an engine with 60k miles too old to install a SC? It has never been off-road. All highway miles.
Not at All...
2) How much does the gas mileage change?
With a JDM tune mine got better... Average 12.9 have not reset it in a while.
3) What Whipple or Roush package do I consider?
Choose the installer first. Id drop the truck at JDM if you are not turning the wrenches yourself
4) What other engine mods do I need to do when installing a SC? Transmission cooler?
Oil Pump gears if you are tearing it down. Good tune and the trans is fine.
5) What can I expect to pay in labor to have it installed?
Just empty your pockets... then go ask your wife for some more
