I would recommend pulling a couple of the plugs and making sure the gapping is right. They should be gapped around .028-.030 versus the NA .042-.046. If they aren't gapped right the boost COULD be blowing out the spark.

I would also recommend changing the purge control valve on the side of the throttle body. having your exhaust checked for flow to ensure that the cats aren't getting clogged and clean your MAF sensor. In that order.

Somehow water must have gotten to the plugs. Plugs are green, coils are falling apart rotted.

Swap to NGK 6510 plug gapped at .28
Replace coil assymbly/wires at same time. Its not cheap but do it. Use Motorcraft or NGK (they make the ford ones) Dont spend the bucks on the Granetelli kit, you wont gain anything over stock.
Get JDM tune

Go beat on it..lol

Forgot to mention.. Fuse 27 is a must.
When it starts to melt you will get intermitant power to the fuel pump. Worse under load.

I'm just carrying this on instead of starting a new thread; hope that's alright. I just picked up a new-to-me 2011 screw with a Roush Phase 2 on it. It just occasionally will have a slight misfire, so I started Googling, which led me to this forum.

NGK 6510 spark plugs and NGK 48761/48762 coils are on their way, and I picked up the Fuse 27 relocation kit over my lunch break from the local stealership. However, I'm struggling to find many spark plug wire options. I grabbed a set of Denso 671-8173, but I didn't know if there were better options out there?

Also, does any company make an oil separator for the 6.2L with a Roush TVS like Brenspeed did for the 3V (link below), or do I just buy a kit for an NA 6.2L and run my own lines using bulk hose? Do I even need to modify the lines for an NA oil separator, or did Roush put the ports close enough?

Thanks for your help guys and I look forward to hanging out on here.

I dont remember where I found my blue 8.5mm MSD set, but Jegs has them in red.

For sure get that Fuse 27 deal done ASAP!! I wouldnt be surprised if that cures your miss/stumble.

I’m on the same boat as you. Let me apologize if I hijack this thread a little. 2014 6.2 Roush stage 2. JDM tune, New plugs gapped to .030, wires, coils, fuse 27 done, and still have a misfire issue. Calibration done on CKP Neutral Profile Correction, and I still misfire under load.
I was hoping you may have some updates or a solution that solved your issue.
