2013 Raptor - Engine Fan runs at high speed after PCM update for recall

The odd part of mine is the day I took it in to get the 19S19 update, we were having heat indexes of 100 and was not doing it when I gave them the keys to do the update. It was doing it when they gave me the keys back. It might be an "improvement". At this point all I know is, it is louder than other Raptors I have compared it to.

Thanks so it appears Ford made some kind of change and most likely I will see more high-speed fan use than before...
