2013 raptor 23k miles

I'm looking at a 2013 raptor with 23k miles, for 40k. only thing it has a volant cai, and aftermarket throttle body as the owner stays. He doesn't have the stock parts. I worry about the aftermarket parts. And the intake on the air box.

I just always hated cai's, like my intake stock is all.

I have the same Volant CAI on my 2014 w/37k. No issues. I have the OG intake $$$$

Only problem with that is I'm in western Canada.
