No resonator, but the 5.4 does not have high flow cats like the 6.2. So its kind of an even trade.

I did when I had a tip on the end, I cut that off and now none. At highway speeds it very manageable too. Then jump on it and grab everyones attention.

Unless you have a 2010 6.2. High flow cats, no resonator :flamingdevil:

I did not know that the 6.2 cats were high flow cats, if so one more thing to brag about.

Look at the Magnaflow 12388. It's an almost perfect fit: 3" in, two 2.5" out, muffler body is 24" long, and the overall length is 30". I haven't done it, but somebody here on FRF has done it and reports favorably.

I replaced my factory muffler with a Magnaflow muffler. It is louder than stock, but not as much as I expected. It sounds good at idle and accelerating with only a little more drone than stock. The stock muffler is a straight through design similar to the Magnaflow so it isn't a surprise that the Magnaflow sounds like stock, just louder. Over all I think smaller mufflers will be louder, larger mufflers will have a quieter / deeper tone.
