I have tracked my issue to the actual connector between the headlamp and the body wiring. When the light comes on I can tap the connector and it turns back off. I am assuming that there is some internal short that will is causing the issue. Short of tearing the connector apart and ensuring everything is how it should be. It might just be easier to cut off the old plug and put in a new one. I am also thinking that if I am going that far, might as well replace the lamp side plug as well. Anyone have a part number to look for? I am looking for both the male and female plugs. Google is giving me tons of different results when I search.

I had a similar issue. I separated that connector and there was some corrosion on the pins. Cleaned them up with electric connector / MAF Sensor cleaner then some dielectric grease. Been good for a while now.

I used rubbing alcohol, dental picks, a small flat head screwdriver and some emery paper. the blew out with air. I then but a dab of the dielectric in there and was good for a little bit. I either did too big of a dab or the connectors have corroded too much and need new ones.
