Truck looks great very custom and unique! but I think you should put the Raptor badge back on and do mid perch to top it all off! It would be interesting to see how color matched fender flares would look! You are on the right track good job!

-Jeff

I don't want paint matched fenders. Will be doing a custom line x black on my aftermarket bumpers and grille and wheel wells all at the same time. This is just the beginning :) thanks for the kind words tho!

WOW....

I love that monster....It's such a fun truck. Ingenious. Love the bright green, the reference to Reptar, the tires and wheels are great (glad you added the same green to the wheels):waytogo:

Thanks so much! I love these wheels and reptar I found to be funny and suiting :p lol. The color match looks wicked. Can't wait to get it back. The shop is doing last min touches now. I don't wanna mess with the mid perch now. Maybe later on

So I took a closer peak today...it appears as tho they didn't paint my inner wells? Weird! I paid for the whole truck to be painted. If they don't do this before I get the truck back I'm gonna ask about it. I want them done black! :) might get a freebie out of it.

Well make sure they get it done- give them a call.

I'll be talking to them tomoro first thing before they even call me to come pick it up. The factory steps Arnt back on yet nor is my tonneau cover. Just surprised they didn't spray the wheel wells when the box was off the truck?

Surprised too. Good luck with it!

Thanks! Just sent them an email actually. Hopefully they will read it in the morning. I work all day tomoro so at least I covered all my bases in the email. Then when they call me I can ask if they got both of my emails since they haven't replied to my last email yet from a few days ago...good thing I haven't paid the shop yet! Haha

Been emailing with the shop today. They said they hadnt included the fender wells in the original quote...oh well i was thinking linex or ratlle can anyways...will be cheaper...but they might do it for me today if they have time. I dont even care, i just want the truck back at this point. they are going to be installing the running board/steps today and the tonneau cover, as well as all of the badges. Then shes all mine. they say it should be today by the end of the day. If so, im leaving work to go get her so i have her for the weekend. need to go get the windows tinted asap! over all the truck is looking good though. I need to have an exhaust shop route my dual exits off of my muffler still...but thats a last minute cosmetic thing. not too worried about it at the moment. still need to install all of my rigids. As far as right now goes, mod wise, all i have budget for and am going to do is install all my lights and tint the windows and make sure the wheel wells are black. Ill worry about the rest later. Thanks everyone for looking...will update this thread when i get the truck back and as i install stuff :)

With the budget an issue....I would ask around here or search and see how you can rattlecan the fender wells to save you lots of money.

To me, they are saying they didn't include the fender wells in the quote? That sounds a little silly. That's what they do all day, every day. Seems kind of fishy. I'd just not pay it and wait for it, but you may be more conservative than I am in that regard.

Other than that, good luck. If the tint can wait then wait because it looks really fine!

I am waiting till the end of the day today to hear what they are gonna do for me paint wise. Money wasnt an issue at all...but i had about 3-4k in unexpected expenses come up in the last month while it was in the shop and now im living paycheck to paycheck :( barely making bills...oh well. I rattle canned the fender wells on my jeep without a problem using the rustoleum bedliner flat black textured stuff from walmart...so I will just do that If they dont end up agreeing to paint them for cheap. Thanks for your 2cents input

Woot! They sprayed the wheel wells for me. And they did all the touch up work. Badges and steps are on. Tonneau cover is on. They are gonna take her back in a month to do a full paint protect for me for free. And color match the ford emblems on the tailgate and grill. (For free) must say I'm pretty happy! She's mine for now tho
