2012 with Nav

How can I get the speed limit for the road I am driving on to show up when map Is on screen. I have set it to show but nothing. It shows Resturants, Gas station ETC. Just no speed limit HWY's or Interstate. Maybe I am just missing where its displayed on screen.

Mine only shows that when I have a destination set. I think speed limit is lower left corner of the map.
