Just called, they're answering today.

"Sorry your order still shows it's just in-processing every since 26-Aug"

I've had enough. Seeing guys get build weeks of 16-Jan now. If I don't get a VIN today or tomorrow the soonest my build week would be is 23-Jan. That puts delivery well into February.

F*$& YOU FORD! SIX months from order to delivery? Even taking out the time before production started, that is still over 2-1/2+ months from production starting till my truck is built? A truck that I pre-ordered, on day 1, hour 1, minute 1 of the order banks opening. A truck that I sold my daily driver to fund back in October, because I was under the impression I'd have my truck by the end of November at latest. I'm waiving $50k around ready to toss at Ford to get treated like this? I've lost all respect for Ford. My sig only covers 2/3rds of the Fords I've owned in the past 10 years, I'm one of the biggest SVT and Ford fanatics out there, and I get trolled along like this?

It's official, I've cracked and I'm beyond the being patient mark. I'm still waiting for my order and not settling for something I didn't order, and not spending $50k on something that isn't equipped exactly like I want, but I'm offically pissed off.

I'm no longer "Patient Reptar" or "Understanding Reptar", I'm "Give me my f'ing truck right now, Ford sucks donkey ballz, Reptar!"


So are you going to cancel the order or what? :Grenade:

And what would that accomplish?

Place another order and go to the back of the line and still stuck on not getting pulled due to retarded methods of pulling orders based on regional allocations?

Drop a f*ck load of money on an in-stock one that doesn't have the options I want, or has more crap that I don't want and stuck paying for? When i'm spending this kind of coin I'm not settling for something that isn't exactly what I want.

Or go buy something else that isn't anywhere near comparable to a Raptor. We are talking about a Raptor and not a plane jane F-150 where I could go buy a Dodge or Chevy and get essentially the same thing. There is no Dodge Teradactyl or Chevy Triceratops lol.

I'm not cancelling the order, but I am going to voice up my b!tchfest to Ford and file a formal complaint because this is to the point it's beyond ridiculous. I've been more than patient for MONTHS now. I simply ran out.

I sympathize with your plight Reptar, but Ford knows they will not lose your business. They will promptly file your complaint in a complaint file that looks suspiciuosly like a garbage bin. Maybe Randy will offer you an additional discount to help aleve your frustration.

Hey Reptar, did you try the customer service line to voice your complaint?

I did!! Two weeks ago. I was treated poorly, read a script that "products are based on option availability and material holds", etc. I then asked if there were any current holds, she checked and said "No". I then asked why approaching week 14 the order hadn't been pulled yet....that's when she got testy. It went south from there and I was pleasant as could be.

That's why I like dealing with male reps, if they are having a bad day, you can tell up front "This is Jim, I really don't want to deal with you today, what the **** do you want? Call Dodge and ask them how their sales are on their junk. Well, I could really care less, goodbye" *hangs up* , instead of the 29 day ticking timebombs that go postal at an alarmingly fast rate "Hi, this is Jenny, how may I help you you piece of scum?"

I just called SVT, they confirmed my Sep. 2nd order is still "in processing", also confirmed the dealer alocation (bigger sales will get orders first), so if Randy selling 50 Raptors a day isn't getting pulled, I'm in for a huge wait.

On the plus side, I can always change my order and add the 2013 options I guess.

Whatever happens happens, but not saying anything won't change anything either, so it's worth a shot. If customers don't voice their opinion somehow Ford won't even know how friggin *** backwards their system is and how crappy it treats dedicated customers ready to throw money at Ford.

Not yet, on the to-do list. A kudo's for Randy for being on the ball doing everything he can for us, and a complaint for Ford for being *** backwards.

Well it only took 112 days, or basically a little over a week shy of FOUR months, for Ford to pull my order. It's scheduled to be built 11 weeks after production started, thanks a lot ford. Nothing like 6 months from order to delivery. And nothing like making a customer get sent to the back of the line with money in hand who ordered on the 1st f'ing day in the 1st f'ing hour in the 1st f'ing minute from the guy who probably sells more raptors than any other dealer in the US, just so random joe-blow's can walk into their local dealership and have their skeevy salesmen sell all the ones that were built instead.

Oh well, the day finally came. And for a handful of other guys who ordered from Randy, I think he said he got 7 VIN#'s today.

Just wanted to say thanks again to Randy for the continual updates. You da' man!

As for Ford on the other hand....still not happy with them.

Do you really mean it when you say there are no Dodge Terodactyls or Chevy Triceratops?...Next thing you're gonna tell me is that there is no Santa Claus...Makes me sad ;o(
