2012 conversion to 2014 center console?

Anyone know if its possible to switch the dash/center console/entertainment center area (not sure what its actually called) from the 2010-12 to the 2013-14? thinking the screen is the same size, would need to make sure the new one would support the options package as my truck but think its possible?

plug and play maybe?
