As has been said, just go over it with a fine tooth comb. If you're not rolling around on the ground looking underneath you're doing it wrong. It's a 2010 so they're pretty bulletproof, no huge issues to worry about.
DO check the Bed/Cab gap top to bottom and make sure it's even. If not, it's got a tweaked frame. That's a simple thing to do, Ask the salesman for a business card then lay it against the gap and mark with a pen, then just run it down and see if there's a change.
