Heads have same part number as f250s, cams are not shared. And yeah intake is changed. He’d also want to use his 2010s metal valve covers vs the 2020s plastic covers
I knew it was something on the topend. Thought it was the whole head

I recall something about the raptor heads being slightly more ported, but still sharing the same part number. Raptor has its own cam, and due to having a bigger cam profile it probably has its own springs and rollers and all, but I’ll have to look into it more.

When I was doing my swap, everything and everyone said the head was different, maybe just port and internals like you said

Would be interesting to see someone do the Godzilla swap. Wish I knew more about how to build motors and do swaps other than reading other people performing these wonders.
