Very expensive, I tried the ford dealer for my drivers seat and they wanted 5 bills approx, try some of the vendors on here, some of their customers install race seats etc, never know!

Check on eBay. shelbyauctions usually has seat covers but I doubt they'll be with the orange inserts

OEM skins are expensive for that color combo! What part is torn, the base or the back?
