19’ shaft propeller leakage

my truck has only 2,500 miles and today I noticed leakage from rear propeller shaft or whatever the name is... wtf!?!?

I'd hit it with brake cleaner and see if it comes back. Pinion seals can leak a bit until they get some miles on them. Seal is easy to replace either way.

Just got mine back. I’m going to ask them exactly where the leak was. When they were changing my oil they noticed some red fluid on my skid plates. They said it was a seal. Wasn’t on the shaft though. The mechanic who is a friend of mine called me over to see it

I had a 13 FX4 truck that had seepage from every seal possible, although nothing ever made it to the ground. My late 18 Raptor has been bone dry and I hope it stays this way
