Where at in Jersey? I'm in Jackson. Hopefully have my truck by early February.

I get the same feeling about the pinelands as you, dense forrest? F-that. I didn't buy a $50k truck to scratch the ever loving chit out of it on the sides. lol. I'll pass on the narrow trails. Slow speeds and scratches down the side doesn't excite me at all.

Now if we can find some open areas, and do some romping in the dirt and over/around some hills and whatnot, and actually hit decent speeds, then I'd be down.

We'll have to get a NJ/PA/NY get together going this spring. Seems to be a decent amount of us. FRF needs to start local chapter sections.

Thats actually closer to 1-5/8" on my screen lol

I live in Bergen county, about an hour or so north of you. When you get you're new truck, to scout out he barrens for me and let me know how it goes lol!

I used to live in Jackson, and am familiar with the pine barrens and that ain't no place to take your truck if you don't want to scratch the shit out of it, great for ATVs tho.

Go with the 20" you won't notice a ride change and 18" I don't think you would notice much of a difference than the 17" IMO. You can put a 325/60-20 or 35x12.50-20 tire on your truck which will still have a lot of sidewall. I ordered some 20" for my truck just waiting for them.

No rubbing at all with the right offset. I am doing a 20x9 +20 offset which will bring the wheel right to the edge of the fenders but not sticking out. The lower the offset the more the wheel will come out from the truck. I agree with you about taking the truck through trails too nice to get it scratched up!
