@dirtydeeds built me a custom X-Pipe, to mate up with the SW headers, and duals all the way back. He was making an educated guess on muffler size, and they came out perfect for me. I bring this up because he could get an even more educated guess for you. He built it perfect so none of it hangs below the frame, so nothing should get damaged while in the desert.

@dirtydeeds, did you get any pictures or video of my truck before I picked it up?

Good find. I forgot about those. If it is still daylight when I leave work I'll try to grab a couple installed pictures.

SEXY SEXY.. What does this run?
Not sure what you mean. Do you mean size of mufflers? Keith might chime in since I can't remember exactly, but I believe it is dual 5" x 26" mufflers. I think he did narrower and longer mufflers to keep a good sound while making sure they don't hang below the frame.

I was talking cost.. What did this setup run you in $$$$..

I probably would want slightly shorter Mufflers for the LOUDER sound..
Me I would probably go with two 16" tubes and have the pipes go out the side..
Needs to be able to **** off the car next to me yapping on the cell phone with the window down..

I don't remember exactly, but $1600 sounds about right. Keep in mind there was no jig, so the man hours is considerably higher than the normal system they sell.

I originally had the Dirty Deeds system with a 20" muffler before i put headers on. I wanted the side exit back with the dual system, but we couldn't get both tubes to exit on the passenger side, in front of the axle, in that notch in the frame just below the leaf hanger (where the normal system exits). We also couldn't exit one tube on each side in front of the axle because we couldn't cross the gas tank. I didn't want to exit on the side behind the axle because the the tubes would easily get damaged off road.

As far as muffler size, the SW headers and high flow cats are quite a bit louder than the stock manifold and headers. I can't remember if we decided to go with 26" or 30" mufflers, but I can tell you that it is louder than my 20" Dirty Deeds system was. Talk to Keith about what you want and I bet he'll nail it.

I was mulling over the idea of the SW new turndown system but you have piqued my interest with your dual dirty deeds system. I may have to give them a call.
