Yes they DID. I got 12 16.5 rims and now you can't buy tires. MotherF**ker !
Now I got to buy new rims

i know you can get hmmwv rims. theres a comapny out there that custom makes them. tell them the width bolt pattern, etc. they are all 16.5. dont remember the website, but if it helps, it was on a tacoma website
